After careful consideration, we have made the decision to discontinue new stem cell collections in New Zealand under our current operating model. This change is due to the increasing costs and logistical challenges associated with the specialist transport of blood products within the required timeframe for successful processing.

We want to reassure you that your baby’s stem cells remain safely stored at our facility in Melbourne, Australia, and will continue to be readily available should they ever be needed in the future.
